Yoga for Equestrians

Yoga designed for the unique demands of the equestrian, bringing balance, strength, and functionality to every rider in any discipline.

To be a good rider, you must match your movements to the horse - easier said than done! Yoga for Equestrians can teach us how to manage our own movement through Yoga, improving strength and flexibility.

Being a good horseperson requires presence of mind, patience, and perceptiveness. Yoga for Equestrians uses the principles of Yoga such as breath work and meditation to increase self-awareness, which allows more opportunities to be “in the moment”, fostering a better connection between horse and rider.
